Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Listhaus. You are responsible for making sure your use of the platform and any item, content, communication, or transaction connected to the platform complies with applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, or transfer or sell your account without our written permission. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us promptly.

You may not use Listhaus for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes. This includes, without limitation:

• Posting false, misleading, infringing, or deceptive content.
• Harassment, threats, hate, discrimination, scams, or doxxing.
• Using bots, scraping tools, or automated methods to access or abuse the platform.
• Uploading malware, attempting unauthorized access, or interfering with service operation.
• Listing or promoting illegal goods, illegal services, counterfeit goods, stolen property, or any other content prohibited by law or our policies.

Listhaus is a listing and communication platform. We are not a broker, dealer, auctioneer, escrow agent, or party to transactions between users. We do not inspect, verify, certify, or guarantee listings, user identities, or transaction outcomes.

You are solely responsible for your listings, messages, negotiations, meetings, and transactions with other users, including your own safety, due diligence, pricing, legality, and tax obligations.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Listhaus, subject to the rights you grant in these Terms. By posting or sending content through the platform, you grant Slantwire Studioa non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content solely as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote Listhaus.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content you post and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party right.

Some features of Listhaus require an active paid membership. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges through our payment processor until you cancel. Billing, checkout, and payment-method handling may be performed by third-party providers such as Stripe.

Subscription pricing, billing cadence, renewal, and cancellation terms are presented during checkout and in your account area. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, you generally keep access through the end of the current billing period.

Listhaus may rely on third-party services for hosting, payments, storage, messaging support, analytics, security, or other operational functions. Your use of those services may also be subject to the third party's own terms and privacy practices.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of Listhaus at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or that the platform will always be error-free or secure.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these Terms, applicable law, or platform policies, or if their conduct creates risk for users, the public, or the platform. We may also preserve or disclose relevant information when reasonably necessary for investigation, enforcement, or legal compliance.

Listhaus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slantwire Studiodisclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slantwire Studio and its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or transaction-related harm arising out of or relating to your use of Listhaus.

If liability cannot be excluded, the total liability of Slantwire Studiofor claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Slantwire Studio throughListhaus in the 12 months before the claim arose or $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Slantwire Studioand its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the platform, your transactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date below and may provide additional notice through the platform when appropriate. Your continued use of Listhaus after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
