• Subscription information, such as Stripe customer IDs, membership status, checkout session references, and payment-related events. We do not store your full payment card number.
• Device, browser, and usage information, such as IP address, log data, timestamps, pages viewed, and similar technical activity data generated when you use the service.
• Cookie and local storage information, including sign-in state, theme preference, and similar settings needed to operate the site.

We collect personal information:

• Directly from you when you create an account, post a listing, send a message, or contact us.
• Automatically when you access or use Listhaus.
• From service providers and payment processors such as Stripe when they confirm subscription, billing, or fraud-prevention events.

• Display listings, enable messaging, and support marketplace activity.
• Process subscriptions, manage billing, and verify membership access.

• Analyze platform reliability, performance, and feature usage.

Listhaus uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as theme selection, support security, and understand how the platform is used. You can adjust browser settings to control cookies, but parts of the service may not work correctly if you block them.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Listhaus, maintain your account, provide listings and messaging features, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type, and some data may remain in backups or logs for a limited period after deletion.

You can access and update certain account information from within your account. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will review and respond as required.

Listhaus is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
